Return Policy

At VCA Healthcare Pvt Ltd, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

  • VCA Healthcare Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
  • In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-
  • Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by VCA Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
  • Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
  • No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
  • Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non-refundable.

All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Product packaging not opened, product not used.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Alwar by reputed courier agencies.
  2. All domestic orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. You can expect delivery of the order within 2-10 business day.
  3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Cannot be rerouted to any other address after confirmation of order. In case of emergency, please call customer care for guidance.

Delivery may be delayed in case of continuous public holidays or strike.

  1. Goods receipt will need to be signed for upon delivery by the concern or Family members or suggested alternative person by the customer. But VCA healthcare takes no responsibility for goods signed by the alternative.
  2. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. shipping charges may vary based on product volume, type and shipping destination.
